To streamline your visit, we offer a complimentary insurance benefits check prior to your visit. This will determine what orthodontic services your insurance may cover. We require your insurance information at least 24 hours before your appointment. To get us your insurance information, you can either:

Call the office at 703-774-3070 to give us your insurance information over the phone.
2. Fill out Health History Form
You are welcome to fill out your health history form in the office at your visit. To save time and make your visit more efficient, you may also complete your health history form before coming to the office. You can bring it with you or email it to us at info@vcosmiles.com.

We will work with you to customize a payment plan that best suits your needs.
